Terms and conditions
The terms that apply to the use of our website, customer portal and workshop services.
These terms regulate the relationship between you as a customer and Din Firmabil AS ("we", "us"). By using the website, booking services or creating an account in the customer portal, you accept these terms.
1. About the service
Din Firmabil AS is an officially approved auto workshop in Sandefjord that offers service, EU vehicle inspection, repairs, tire changes and other workshop services for both businesses and private individuals. The website is used to provide information about our services and to facilitate bookings and customer follow-up.
2. Booking and agreement
Bookings you submit through the website are considered a request. The agreement is entered into when we confirm the time and scope to you. We reserve the right to decline bookings if we lack the capacity or prerequisites to carry out the assignment in a responsible manner.
3. Prices and payment
Stated prices include VAT unless clearly indicated otherwise. The final price may differ from the estimate if defects or necessary additional work are uncovered along the way. In such cases, we contact you before the work is carried out. Payment is due after the work is completed.
4. Cancellation
Cancellation or rescheduling should be done at least 24 hours before the agreed time. Failure to show up without notice may incur a fee for lost workshop time.
5. Warranty and complaints
We provide a warranty on work performed and parts installed in accordance with the applicable Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act and Craftsman Services Act. Complaints should be reported as soon as possible after the defect is discovered, and at the latest within the deadlines set by law.
6. Limitation of liability
We are liable for direct losses caused by errors or defects in the work performed, within the limits of Norwegian law. We are not liable for indirect losses such as business interruption or lost profits, unless there is gross negligence or intent.
7. Customer portal and account
By registering an account in the customer portal, you commit to providing correct information and to keeping your login details secure. You are responsible for activity that takes place via your account.
8. Privacy
Processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy.
9. Jurisdiction and choice of law
The agreement is governed by Norwegian law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are handled by the ordinary courts, with Sandefjord District Court as the venue.
10. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms when needed. Changes are published on this page. For significant changes, we notify active customers separately.
