How long does diagnostics take?

Diagnostic time varies depending on the complexity of the problem. A simple fault code read typically takes 30-60 minutes, while more extensive diagnostics can take several hours. We always give you an estimate up front.

Do I pay for diagnostics if you don't find the fault?

We charge for the time we spend on diagnostics regardless of whether we find a fault or not. This is because we use expensive technology and specialized expertise. The diagnostic cost is deducted from the repair bill if you choose to have the repair done with us.

Can you diagnose all car brands?

Yes, we have equipment for all common car brands as well as universal tools that work on most vehicles. We have special expertise in German, Japanese, American and European car brands, as well as EVs and hybrids.

What happens if the problem comes back?

If the same fault occurs again shortly after repair, we perform a new diagnostic at no cost to check whether the repair was done correctly or whether there is an underlying problem we didn't detect the first time.
