Do you offer a courtesy car while my car is in the workshop?
A courtesy car is not a standard offering at our workshop. Most jobs (EU inspection, tire change, minor service) are quick enough that waiting at the workshop or taking a stroll downtown works well. For larger repairs or longer stays we can in some cases help by arrangement — call 41 17 32 24 and we'll find a solution.
How long is the wait for an EU vehicle inspection?
We typically have availability for an EU vehicle inspection within 3–5 business days. During busy periods like spring and autumn you should book well in advance. Book easily through our online booking or call 41 17 32 24.
Do I lose my factory warranty if I use Din Firmabil instead of the brand dealer?
No. As long as service follows the manufacturer's recommendations and we use approved parts and oil, you keep the factory warranty. We are an officially approved workshop under the Norwegian Public Roads Administration and fully certified to do this work.
